These are intricately carved reproductions (modernized for wearability) of traditional Mayan jadeite ear flares which we hold in our antiquities collection here at Onetribe in Richmond, VA.

We love the style and decided to tweak it a bit and offer it to our customers. We've rounded the petals and the tunnel portion as well as the back of the flare to make them more comfortable to wear than the straight flared originals. They are made of a very nice Guatemalan black jadeite.

Approximate saddle to flare sizes are as follows:

• 2g/6.5mm has a 13mm face
• 0g/8.2mm has a 15mm face
• 00g/9.2mm has a 17mm face
• 1/2"/12.7mm has an 18mm face
• 5/8"/15.7mm has a 22mm face
• 3/4"/19mm has a 25mm face
• 7/8"/22.2mm has a 32mm face
• 1"/25.4mm has a 32mm face
