I really expected these to be larger. 0gs are comparable to (diameter-wise) a quarter (the coin) plus maybe 1/4 of a quarter. I expected them to be about or a little smaller than my palm.. not the case at all. Also, maybe my ears are stretched larger than what I thought they were, but I had 0g silicone earskins in before and I bought these 0g Zebrawood Spirals. However, they seem to be a little small for my ears (they are sliding out unfortunately). They are awesome nonetheless and have a great design.
